We live in Arkansas, but I believe before that was Mississippi and Alabama. But Mr. Govan lived in Arizona for some time in the 1940s then moved back to Arkansas.

That would be something. They are from the central Arkansas/Little Rock area. Mr. Govan had a total of 12 children including my mother-in-law, from two different marriages. I’m not sure about his siblings though. I would have to ask my husband if he knows.
