30X30 Challenge – January 2019

At the beginning of every year I always set some personal goals as well as genealogy goals.  This year one of my goals is to complete three 30X30 research challenges. So I thought what better way to start the new year than with my first 30X30 challenge of the year.  30X30 challenge is the brain child of Janine Adams of Organize Your Family History blog.  The goal of the challenge is to complete 30 minutes of genealogy research every day for 30 days in a row.  I first did this challenge January of 2018, so now it has become my genealogy tradition to start the new year with the 30X30 research challenge.

When I do this challenge I always research one ancestor from my family tree.  This challenge I will be researching my great grandfather, Oscar Wright.  I am eager to see what I can find in the next 30 days.
