Journey Through the Generations offers books and other products for purchase through our website. Our online store is operated using WooCommerce, and online payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment-processing partners.
We reserve the right to modify our products, prices, availability, promotions, shipping options, and other store offerings at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display the products offered on our website.
Product photographs and digital images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, printing variations, or other factors.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, pricing errors, or omissions and to update product information when necessary.

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The current retail price is displayed on its product page. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, when required, are calculated or displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid for.
4. Preorders
Products identified as preorders are being offered for purchase before they are available for immediate shipment.
Any anticipated publication, availability, or shipping date provided for a preorder is an estimate and may change because of printing, production, transportation, fulfillment, or other circumstances.
Customers will be charged when the preorder is placed unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the product will not ship immediately and agree to wait until the product becomes available for fulfillment.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes affecting preorder fulfillment.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
Payments made through our website are processed using WooPayments and its payment-processing partners. We do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers on our website.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been generated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid because we are unable to fulfill it, the amount paid for the affected item or order will be refunded.
6. Shipping
Physical books purchased directly through our website are sold at the listed purchase price plus shipping.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. We may use flat-rate shipping based on the quantity of books or products ordered.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect shipping information was provided.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Journey Through the Generations.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
When appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the applicable shipping carrier and notify us so the circumstances can be reviewed.
8. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All book sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for completed purchases, including preorder cancellations or changes of mind.
Exceptions may be made when an order cannot be fulfilled by us or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described in these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders may enter the fulfillment process quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes to an order or shipping address can be made after an order has been submitted.
Preorders and completed purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
10. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be collected when required by law. The amount of tax charged, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any taxes or other charges that may apply to their purchase except where we are required to collect and remit those amounts.

Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to Journey Through the Generations marketing emails.
Marketing communications are managed separately through MailerLite and are sent to individuals who have subscribed or otherwise provided appropriate consent. Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe using the link provided in those emails.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, downloadable materials, and promotional content, is owned by or used with permission by Journey Through the Generations and/or the applicable copyright owner.
When DNA Tells a Different Story and its contents are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Purchasing a book does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, scan, copy, or commercially exploit its contents except as permitted by applicable law.

Organizations interested in purchasing larger quantities of books may contact us regarding bulk orders.
