All book sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for completed purchases or preorder cancellations.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review your request and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
